We ship every boot from our workshop in Bali using DHL Express.
When crafted, your boots are carefully packaged and shipped to your address with worldwide tracking to ensure they land safe and sound on your doorstep.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We are proud to offer free shipping regardless of where you are in the world.
For customers local to Bali we also offer an at-home boot fitting service where one of our craftsmen will come to your home to take measurements in person before crafting and delivering your design straight to your door. 

HOW SOON WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

The creation of your custom cowboy boots begins as soon as we have your design and measurements, our expert bootmakers will skillfully craft each element of your boot. Every stitch, every detail is scrutinized to ensure that your custom cowgirl boots are nothing short of perfect, this process usually takes around 1 week. When dispatched, shipping can vary between 2 days - 1 week (see worldwide shipping delivery times below). Express shipping can be provided upon request.

CAN I RETURN MY BOOTS?

We accept exchange or store credit for our Ready To Wear collection ONLY. This includes boots in standard sizing that have not incurred any customizations. In this case, the buyer will get a refund in store credit or an opportunity to change the size as soon as the product is back with us. Returns are to be submitted by contacting our customer service team via email: info@cowboytailor.com. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy agreement or are returned without written approval. We do not cover the cost of return shipping labels for international returns, but are happy to provide the return label at cost.

WHAT IF MY BOOTS ARE DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE?

Quality control is of upmost importance to us. Before your boots are carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep, we conduct thorough inspections to ensure that they meet our rigorous standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defect item, we will quickly exchange your purchase within 14 days upon receiving the returned boot.

Buying a pair of high quality leather boots is an investment, so naturally, you want your boots to look good and last as long as possible. Cowboy Tailor only uses the finest, locally sourced leather and are built to last for years to come. Natralluy, the material can stretch over time, but they're designed with durability in mind so don't be afraid of a little wear and tear. Our boots only get better with age! With that being said, there are things you can do to truly ensure longevity, after all, these boots are unique to you. 
Here are our top 5 tips, in no particular order, for the ultimate in leather boot aftercare…

NOURISH THEM

Leather, as an organic material, is especially prone to damage from the elements. Take a look at your boots – is there a change of colour? Does the leather feel a little dry or rough? If so, leather cream is your friend! Simply pop a pea size drop of the cream onto a rag or cloth and buff it into your boots. They’ll love you for it. Our leather cream is available in black or clear options.

HELP THEM SHINE

If the colour starts to dull, or you want to give your boots a quick spruce up for an outing or event, then use leather polish regularly to keep them looking their best. It will help to protect them from water damage and scuffing – so it’s well worth doing! We offer leather polish in black or clear options.

KEEP THEM PROTECTED

If you’ve bought boots made with softer leather, such as suede or nubuck, it’s important to protect them from moisture. Protector spray is a must, as it helps to repel water, mud and snow to prevent staining. For best results, give your boots a spray before your first wear, and at regular intervals afterwards.
*TIP: Use a suede brush to remove marks on suede or nubuck boots.
However careful we are, accidents do happen, but don’t worry! If your boots have water damage , follow these easy steps to make them look beautiful again:
Stuff your boots with newspaper and leave them to dry at room temperature for 24 hours. Be sure not to leave them in direct heat or a hot environment as this will cause heat damage. Once the boots have dried off, spray your boots again to protect the leather.

STORE THEM SAFELY

When it comes to the warmer months, you’ll probably want to store your calf fitting boots and ankle boots away until next autumn. For knee high boots, it’s essential to store them using boot trees to prevent them leaning to one side and creasing at the ankle. It’s not a great look and you’ll end up with sad, tired looking boots.Ideally, if you’ve kept the box, store the boots in them to protect them from sun damage and to prevent them getting dusty. Simply stack one on top of the other to save space.

GIVE THEM A REST

Finally – whilst it may be tempting to wear your boots everyday, this will lead 1to quick wear and tear. So frequently rest your boots for a day or so.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Cowboy Tailor retains the right to refuse any request made by you. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

(b) Pricing and Availability Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

(c) Payment Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the money paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
